The Henry, beside Ford on the edge of Fairlane, is Dearborn’s largest venue: up to 1,200 guests across the Presidential Ballroom, the Plaza Ballroom and the Gallery. A wedding that size doesn’t stay in one room. It moves. Cocktails in one, dinner in another, and you move with it, through three different lights in a single night.
Three lights, one cloth
A gallery lit for art, a ballroom lit for dinner, a dance floor lit for nothing in particular. A cloth with sheen looks different in each, and the photographs from the night will look like three weddings. A matte wool looks like itself in all three. That’s the case for Signature Wool, $259 to $299, or half-canvassed, $300 to $500, over anything with a shine.
A night of walking
Moving a wedding between rooms means you walk more than you stand. Trousers that sit at the waist without a belt fighting them. A jacket that stays buttoned through a doorway. Both are fit, and both get checked walking at the mirror, not standing still.
The party, in every room
Twelve men, one rack, one cloth, one order. Ask about group pricing for parties of five or more; twelve clears that line easily. Roman, master tailor at Lincoln Tailor, on site in our store, pins every hem to the shoes each man will cover three rooms in.
