The Consult
Tell Ben what the suit’s for. Then you work out the cut and the details together, right down to the lining.
Cloth & Canvas
There are hundreds of cloths to pick from. Ben can hold a fused jacket next to a canvassed one and show you how differently they hang and wear.
The Fittings
You’ll have two or three fittings. At each one, Roman at Lincoln Tailor, on site, marks what needs to change and works on it with Ben.
The Reveal
You pick it up pressed and finished, with a monogram if you want one.
How custom works
The custom process
Custom starts at $599. Every custom suit, whatever the cloth, gets twenty body measurements and two to three fittings. Italian cloth from Reda, VBC, Ermenegildo Zegna, Marzotto and Style Biella is on the table too, and costs more than the entry price.
The fitting garment
We fit you in a mock-up garment first, so the suit is cut for the way you actually stand.
Turnaround depends on the cloth and the production schedule, and on how your fittings go. Tell Ben your date and he’ll give you the current timeline. Short on time? Ask whether it can be rushed.
Personalization options
There are over 150 linings to pick from. You can add a monogram, and you choose the lapel width and the button stance yourself.
