Woodside Bible Church is a Troy institution with fourteen locations and a weekly attendance north of nine thousand. If your Sunday there is a jacket over an open collar rather than a suit, you have picked the harder look. A suit gives you rules. A blazer takes them away.
The jacket and the trousers must not match
A navy jacket with navy trousers is a suit with the tie missing and it reads that way. A navy jacket over gray trousers is the look. Separates from our rack give you the jacket in your jacket size and the trouser in your trouser size, and that’s the trick.
The collar is the risk
An open shirt collar that collapses under a jacket lapel undoes the whole effort. A shirt with a firmer collar, bought for the neck it is on, stands on its own. Roman, master tailor at Lincoln Tailor, on site in our store, can also take a jacket’s sleeve up so the shirt cuff shows, which is what makes it look intended.
